A) Costs Related to the purchase of the property

Expenses and fees related to the purchase of property worth 500,000 €
  • ITP Transfer Tax (Tax on the value of the sale)
    • Section 1 to 400000 € applies 8%: 45.000€
    • Section 2 of 400,000 to 600,000 € applies 9%: 9.000 €
  • Notary fees, (Notary Public): Aprox 900 €
  • Registration fees (Official Register): Aprox 900 €
  • Processing Scriptures of Trading: 500€

B) Demonstrate solvency of Spain Account balances

The foreign investor must open current account in Spanish bank branch in Spain and input (you only need to show that you have is solvency):

  • 25.560,52 € for the applicant and 100% of the IPREM (6.390,13 €)
  • 6.390,13 € for each extra family.
